Q:   Is there a charge for using Eclipse OnLine?
A:   There are no charges or fees for using Eclipse OnLine.
     
Q:   How does a Group Policyholder obtain access to Eclipse OnLine?
A:   To request access, go to https://eclipseonline.wawanesalife.com and click on 'Register Online - Policyholder'

A unique Login ID and Password will be assigned to each Plan Administrator.

     
Q:   How many Plan Administrators can obtain access to Eclipse OnLine at the same time?
A:   There is no limit to the number of Plan Administrators a Group Policyholder can appoint. Security levels under Eclipse OnLine can be assigned at an Account Level.
     
Q:   How does an Insured Member obtain access to Eclipse OnLine?
A:   To request access, go to https://eclipseonline.wawanesalife.com and click on 'Register Online - Members'

A unique Login ID and Password will be assigned to each Insured Member upon receipt of the signed Insured Member Electronic Access Registration Application and verification of Insured Member's eligibility.
     
Q:   Do all transactions have to be processed through Eclipse OnLine once access is activated?
A:   Group Policyholders and Insured Members can choose when they want to use the services available under Eclipse OnLine. All transactions should be submitted once, either through Eclipse OnLine or in paper format. Insured Member changes may require original signed forms to be submitted to the Plan Administrator in addition to changes reported in Eclipse OnLine.
     
Q:   What are the Hours of Operation for Eclipse OnLine?
A:  With the exception of periodic scheduled maintenance, Eclipse OnLine is available 24/7.
