Accessing & managing documents

How do I access my documents on WealthLink?

Log into WealthLink, click on “Statements and documents” from the left panel, then view all documents under “My documents.” You can filter by document type and date.

How do I run an ad hoc statement?

Go to “Statements and documents”, click “Generate documents”, then select the document type and date range.

How do I download my documents?

From “Statements and documents”, click on “My documents,” and use the download option for each document. Files are downloaded as PDFs.

How do I print my documents?

Under “My documents” you can download as a PDF, open it from your device’s download folder, and print.

Account & contact information

How do I update my contact details (address, email, phone number)?
  1. Option 1: Fill out the Address Change Form
  2. Option 2: Go to the Details screen in WealthLink and edit your contact information.
How can I change my language preference?
  1. In the portal: Select your preferred language on the login page or header panel.
  2. For language change for documents: Contact Annuity Services at annuities@wawanesa.com or 1-800-263-6785 (option 2).

Absolutely! Your advisor is available for financial planning, investment strategy, and any questions you may have.

WealthLink offers a convenient way to access your investment information, but it’s completely optional. If you’d rather connect directly, contact Annuity Services or your advisor.

Is WealthLink safe and secure?

WealthLink uses encryption and decryption and secure login credentials to protect your personal and financial data. Only verified users can access the portal, ensuring your information stays safe.
