The Plan Member online claims site provides quick and easy access for Plan Members to manage their benefit plans 24/7 from their computer or mobile device using the app.
Our mobile app is also available for Plan Members who are registered for Plan Member online claims. The app can be downloaded for both Apple and Android devices.

Getting started
To sign up, please have the following information ready:
Wawanesa Life Member ID (WLI)
Locate your member ID on your benefits card. If you can't find it, your plan administrator can provide it.
Email account
Ensure you have access to your email address to receive a verification code.
Basic account information
Provide details to verify your identity as the account owner.
Direct deposit information (Optional)
Enter your banking details for faster payments.
Secure password
Create a unique password that is at least eight characters long and includes one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, and one special character.
Please note:
Certain expenses can be submitted through Plan Member online claims and are adjudicated in real time such as paramedical claims, eye exams, glasses, and dental services.
For claims that cannot be submitted for real time adjudication, Plan Members can enter their information on Plan Member Online Claims and upload their supporting documents rather than submitting claims by mail.
